By accessing and using the services of Vanity Calls, you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Vanity Calls specialises in professional hair extension services, including:
- Tape Extensions: Lightweight and comfortable extensions fitted using adhesive tape
- Braidless Weave: Wefts of hair attached without braiding
- Nano Ring Extensions: Small individual strand extensions applied using tiny rings
- Free Consultations: Hair assessments and extension method recommendations
- Training Course: Learn professional extension techniques (as advertised)

Booking Requirements
- Free consultation recommended before first-time extension services
- Clients must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent/guardian

- Any medical conditions or recent hair treatments must be disclosed

Payment Terms
Pricing
- Final pricing will be confirmed before service commencement
- Quotes valid for 14 days from date of consultation
- Additional charges may apply for premium hair colours or lengths
Payment Methods
- Payment methods will be discussed and confirmed when booking
- Payment is typically due upon completion of service
- Training course payment terms will be confirmed upon inquiry
Deposits
- Deposit requirements, if any, will be discussed when booking
- Any deposits will be clearly explained and agreed upon in advance
- Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking and are non-refundable
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellations
- 48+ Hours Notice: No charge for cancellation or rescheduling
- Less than 48 Hours: 50% of service fee may be charged
- No Show: Full service fee will be charged
- Late Arrival: Services may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion
- December Appointments:£20 non-refundable deposit taken, this will be deducted from the service cost
Our Cancellations
- We will provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations
- Alternative appointment times will be offered
- Any deposits paid will be refunded or transferred to new booking
Hair Extension Services
Consultation Requirements
- A thorough consultation is required before extension application
- Hair condition and suitability will be assessed
- Extension type, colour, and length will be discussed and agreed upon
- Maintenance requirements and aftercare will be explained
Hair Condition Requirements
- Hair must be in good condition for extension application
- Recent chemical treatments may affect extension compatibility
- We reserve the right to refuse service if hair condition is unsuitable
- Pre-treatment may be recommended in some cases
Extension Care and Maintenance
- Clients are responsible for proper extension care following our guidelines
- Regular maintenance appointments are required (typically every 6-8 weeks)
- Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty/guarantee
- Extensions should only be removed by a professional
Client Responsibilities
Before Service
- Arrive with clean, dry hair (unless otherwise instructed)
- Disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications
- Inform us of any previous hair treatments or chemical processes
- Bring reference photos if desired
During Service
- Cooperate with the stylist and follow instructions
- Communicate any discomfort or concerns immediately
- Remain seated and avoid sudden movements during application
- Inform us if you need breaks during longer services
After Service
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided
- Use only recommended products and tools
- Schedule maintenance appointments as advised

Health and Safety

- Patch tests may be recommended for certain products

Medical Conditions

- Medical clearance may be required for specific conditions
Service Guarantees and Limitations
Service Guarantee
- We guarantee our workmanship for 48 hours after service completion
- Extensions are guaranteed against application defects for 7 days
- Guarantee is void if aftercare instructions are not followed
- Hair extensions are not guaranteed against natural wear and styling damage
Limitations
- Results may vary based on individual hair condition and type
- Colour matching is done to the best of our ability but may not be perfect
- Extension lifespan depends on care, lifestyle, and hair growth rate
- We cannot guarantee specific timeframes for hair growth or improvement
Training Courses
Course Information
- Training course details, requirements, and pricing will be provided upon enquiry
- Course content, duration, and materials will be confirmed when booking
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before enrollment
- Course location and scheduling will be arranged based on availability
Completion and Certification
- Certification details, if applicable, will be explained during course inquiry
- Course completion requirements will be communicated in advance
- Any certificates or documentation provided are specific to Vanity Calls training
Photography and Social Media
- We may photograph work for portfolio and marketing purposes
- Client consent will be obtained before using images publicly
- Clients may request not to be photographed
